Cancellation Policy
How to cancel your FlutterSeed subscription, what happens to your account and data, and reactivation options.
Last updated:
Subscription Cancellation Process
You may cancel your FlutterSeed subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically delete your account unless you separately request account deletion.
The steps to cancel depend on where you purchased your subscription.
Self-Service Cancellation
For subscriptions purchased through our website, sign in to your account, navigate to Billing or Subscription settings, and select Cancel subscription. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation.
For mobile app subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel through your device's subscription management settings. We cannot cancel App Store or Play billing on your behalf.
Cancellation Effective Date
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated or unless immediate cancellation applies under the cases described below.
You will receive confirmation of your cancellation request by email or in-app notification where available.
End of Billing Cycle Access
After you cancel, you typically retain access to paid features until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for. At that time, your account may revert to a free tier or become read-only, depending on your plan.
No further charges will be made for subsequent billing periods after cancellation is confirmed.
Immediate Cancellation Cases
We may cancel or suspend your subscription immediately, without refund, if you violate our Terms & Conditions, engage in fraud or abuse, or if continued access poses a security or legal risk.
In certain regulatory or platform-mandated situations, immediate termination may also apply.
Account Deletion
Canceling a subscription does not delete your account or data. To permanently delete your account, use the account deletion option in settings or contact support.
Account deletion is irreversible and may be subject to a verification process.
Data Retention After Cancellation
After cancellation, we may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing records, and dispute resolution.
Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being purged according to our retention schedules.
Exporting User Data
Before canceling or deleting your account, we recommend exporting any data you wish to keep. Export options, where available, are accessible from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
We are not obligated to maintain or provide data after account deletion beyond legal retention requirements.
Reactivation Policy
You may reactivate a canceled subscription by signing in and selecting a plan, subject to current pricing and availability.
Reactivation does not restore data that was deleted as part of an account deletion request unless backups are available under our data recovery policies.
Cancellation by Company
FlutterSeed may discontinue the Service or specific plans with reasonable notice where practicable. If we terminate the Service entirely, we will provide refunds or credits for unused prepaid periods where required by law or at our discretion.
Abuse or Fraud Cases
Accounts involved in abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy violations may be canceled immediately without prorated refunds. We may cooperate with payment providers and law enforcement as appropriate.
Outstanding Payments
Cancellation does not relieve you of obligation to pay outstanding fees, taxes, or charges incurred before cancellation. We may pursue collection of unpaid amounts as permitted by law.
